Brand Direction
-
For founders and brands who have an idea or feel like something needs to shift, but aren’t sure how to move forward. This is for those looking to bring clarity across their brand, from overall positioning to how it shows up visually across digital, image, and physical touchpoints.
-
A focused engagement to define the direction of your brand. The process begins with a working session to understand your goals, what’s currently working, and what isn’t, including a review of references, context, and how your brand is positioned today. From there, a clear point of view is developed and translated into a concise direction document, which is then reviewed together in a second session to walk through opportunities, changes, and next steps. This is not a rebrand or identity package, and no logos or assets are created, but rather a directional tool designed to clarify your vision, align decision-making, and create a strong foundation for future design and production.
-
Two sessions, up to 3 hours total meeting time, including an initial discovery and alignment session and a final presentation and discussion. This also includes a review of your current brand, references, and positioning, along with the identification of gaps, opportunities, and areas of focus.
-
A concise direction document including:
1. Key Learnings and Observations
Insights into your brand and business from both an internal perspective and an external, customer-facing point of view, highlighting how the brand is currently perceived and experienced.2. Strengths and Opportunities Analysis
A clear breakdown of what is working well and should be maintained, alongside areas of opportunity for growth, refinement, engagement, and increased impact across the brand.3. Competitor and Reference Analysis
A focused review of relevant brands, including one local and one global reference, outlining what they are doing well, where your brand stands in comparison, and what can be learned or applied moving forward.4. Recommendations, Priorities, and Areas of Focus
A structured set of recommendations outlining where and how direction can be applied, along with key priorities to focus on first. This section clarifies what matters most and where the strongest opportunities exist.5. Look, Feel, and Overall Expression
Light visual and mood references presented through two distinct direction concepts, helping define how the brand can be expressed visually and how it should feel in practice.6. Suggested Next Steps
A clear starting point for what can be implemented immediately to create the most impact with the least friction, along with a broader view of how the work can be developed and expanded over time. -
A focused 3-week engagement, with an investment of $2,000. For clients continuing into full-service execution, this fee is applied toward the next phase of work.
