Steven Audia Studio is a multidisciplinary, design-led studio working across branding, digital, e-commerce, interiors, content, and marketing. Each project is approached as a holistic system rather than a set of isolated deliverables, with an emphasis on clarity, quality, and long-term thinking over scale for its own sake.

The studio is built on trust, autonomy, and thoughtful collaboration. Team members are treated as professionals and trusted to own their role, time, and process. Ideas are shared openly, and projects are shaped through collaborative, roundtable-style conversations where different disciplines can challenge and elevate one another. Curiosity, experimentation, and ongoing learning are core expectations.

All roles are fully remote and flexible. This is not a corporate environment. Professionalism and respect are essential, but hierarchy, rigidity, and performative office culture are not. The studio values people who care deeply about the work, communicate clearly, and feel genuinely excited to show up, create, and learn.

This roster is for creatives whose work spans disciplines, doesn’t fit neatly into a single title, or is still evolving. It’s also for specialists we may not need all the time, but want to have close at hand when the right project comes up.

You might be a designer who also shoots, a photographer who thinks conceptually, a copywriter with a strong visual sensibility, a 3D artist, stylist, set designer, developer, strategist, or someone working at the edges of multiple practices.

What matters most is how you think, how you collaborate, and how your work fits within the studio’s overall point of view.

    How this roster works

    • This is not a guaranteed-work position

    • You’ll be contacted when a project aligns with your skill set

    • All projects are fully scoped and contracted before work is offered

    • You’ll receive clear expectations, timelines, and confirmed compensation upfront

    • You are always free to accept or decline a project

    What we look for

    • Strong taste and a clear point of view

    • Thoughtful, well-considered work (across any medium)

    • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

    • Respect for timelines and collaborative processes

    • Curiosity and openness to learning

There are no education or experience minimums. Evaluation is based on:

    • Portfolio or work samples

    • Conversation and alignment

    • A small test project (when appropriate)

    Compensation

    • Project-based compensation

    • Fees vary depending on scope and role

    • Guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per project
